Refund Policy

 

Refunds are not available for Premium Site memberships. This is our policy stated in the Premium Site's "fine print."

 

The rationale: On the first day of a 1-month or 1-year membership, you can download three bonus eBooks, a $29.85 value. You can peruse the Roadie Rap forum, read more than 300 newsletters and search the rest of the site for exclusive information. If you're a 1-year member, you can also buy eBooks, eArticles and other products for a 15% discount in the RBR eBookstore. The value of these benefits makes even a single day of membership worth the price.

 

There's another factor, too -- during the Premium Site's first year, exactly 0.08% of members cancelled. That was one person, who explained that he had a backlog of eBooks from RBR and the site was information overload. This cancellation history makes us confident that members are pleased with the value of the Premium Site. Refunds simply are not an issue.
